The 5×10 Challenge Begins!

Since December I’ve been focusing on helping clients with energy efficiency in their homes. Two things ring out loud and clear…first, demand for homes with good utility bills and nice features is going be huge once the market comes back. Second, there’s so much chatter about energy efficiency right now, that no one really knows where to begin.
Around All is the Earth (TM)
So I’ve created the 5×10 Challenge to boost the number of homes that have improved energy efficiency, and to serve as a how-to guide to do it. It really is easier than you think with big money to be saved!

5×10 is a challenge to any home owner who has up to $5k to invest in their home to make it energy efficiency and do it by 2010.
5×10 is also a challenge to my Realtor peers to reach out to 5 clients, friends, neighbors and even themselves by 2010 to help them make this investment in their own homes.
This project is launched in the conjunction with President Obama’s United We Serve campaign launched last month and the Illinois Association of Realtors Realtors Renewing America campaign.
