PROMOTIONS

Receive a Free Energy Audit

Home buyers can conduct an audit in addition to a home inspection, or sellers allow the buyer to have the audit so they can apply for green financing. For sellers with eligible homes, this is a unique opportunity to stand out in a crowded market. It’s a win for the seller, a win for the buyer and a win for our environment.

The free energy audit ($500 value) is available once a home purchase or sale contract is accepted now through December 31, 2009.

Call or email for full details and limitations, or to get started buying or selling a green or Ready, Set, Green Homesm.
